SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

  • Processing time will vary based on stock or custom orders

  • Custom orders or preorder items will take about 2-4 weeks to ship

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout

  • Please ensure you enter the correct mailing address before placing your order

  • If the item has been shipped to the wrong address due to wrong entry; additional shipping charges will apply on the customer's behalf

  • You will receive a tracking number via email with your order once your order is fulfilled

  • Standard orders are usually processed and shipped out in 7-14 business days, but in some cases it may take up to 3 weeks

  • ONE Creations Inc. is not responsible for stolen packages or any lost items that have been tracked and marked as delivered by Canada Post or any other shipping handler

  • We will communicate with you about any unusual processing times and will try our best to keep you up to date on your order

  • ONE Creations Inc. is not responsible for errors made by Canada Post, USPS, UPS or any other shipping handler

  • If your item is delayed past the Estimated Time of Arrival tracking date, please contact Canada Post, USPS or UPS directly and file a complaint

  • Drop off delivery is available in Scarborough, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Brooklin and Oshawa, Ontario, Canada

  • If you have selected drop off delivery please leave 7-14 days for your order to be processed and delivered if items are not in stock or is a custom order

  • Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 there could be possible delays.

  • Currently, we only ship within Canada and the USA but are working on expanding to other countries soon! Thank you for your patience

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 and in our efforts to uphold best heath and safety practices

We do not accept returns

We do not accept exchanges

We do not accept cancellations on custom orders

We do not accept cancellations on in-stock items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders/items (unless they have arrived damaged or defective and insurance shipping was purchased)

  • Sale or clearance orders/items (unless they have arrived damaged or defective and insurance shipping was purchased)

 

To avoid disappointment please review our sizing charts before making your purchase and ensure the correct mailing address is provided. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@shoponecreations.com and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
